Capital is a commodity for the best founders. To get on the cap table requires proving you can add value. We earn our right to invest.

We run our diligence by helping. We help founders find customers, build their team, and raise from investors.

When the time is right, we run a SPV that allows our network of investors to get a piece of these deals they could not access on their own.

(FYI- An SPV is a special purpose vehicle, a legal entity to pool investments from multiple investors. This allows investors to write smaller checks, under the typical $50k min. We use a software called Sydecar to run our deals. Minimum check size is $5000.)
